Yes. Bring two printed copies, one in your passport and one in your carry-on. A digital backup on your phone is a good third copy. Most airlines verify the printed eVisa at check-in before issuing your boarding pass.

No. Everything is billed in USD through a US-based payment processor. Your card issuer should not add a forex fee, because we never charge in a foreign currency. No surprise conversion markups.

No. Vietnam Immigration does not require flight or hotel proof on the eVisa application. Some airlines may ask at check-in, so it helps to have a return ticket booked, but it is not part of the eVisa process.
