90 days from your declared entry date. Single Entry covers one trip during the validity window. Multiple Entry lets you leave Vietnam (for example to visit Cambodia or Thailand) and re-enter as many times as you want during the 90-day period.

If Vietnam Immigration rejects your application due to our error, we refund the service fee in full. Visa and Mastercard payments also give you chargeback rights through your bank. Visa approval is at the discretion of Vietnam authorities; we do not guarantee approval but we guarantee processing-side quality.

Apply at least 10 business days before departure to be safe. Express (4 business days) is fine for tight schedules. For peak seasons (Tet late Jan to mid-Feb, December holidays), apply 2 to 3 weeks ahead since processing volumes spike.

Just three things: a passport valid for at least 6 months from your entry date, a recent photograph that matches your passport photo, and an emergency contact (name and phone number for Vietnam Immigration to reach if there is an issue). Travel details are collected during the form, not pre-requisites.

Yes. The 90-day eVisa covers tourism and business travel. If you are visiting offices, attending conferences, or meeting clients in Vietnam, the eVisa is the right route. For long-term work assignments, you will need a separate work permit and visa, which is a different process.

Yes, we always charge in USD. Your bank converts at the day's rate. International cards from major banks all process without issue. We do not accept local payment systems like iDEAL, Blik, or BELKART.

Yes, before submission. If you cancel before your application is submitted to Vietnam Immigration, we refund the service fee minus any non-recoverable processing costs. Once submitted, the application enters government processing and is not refundable. Full details in our Refund Policy.
