How to Apply for a Vietnam eVisa
Guide to Apply for Your Vietnam Tourist Visa
Applying for a Vietnam eVisa online with us is simple and takes only a few minutes.. All you need is your passport information, travel details, a recently taken photo, and the visa processing fee.
Stage 1: Start Your Application
Click on the “Visa Fees and Requirements” tab in the menu.
Select the country that issued your passport or travel document.
Enter your email address carefully. This email will be used to send all updates related to your application, so please make sure it is correct and accessible.
Choose your preferred visa processing type from Standard and Premium processing.
Select your entry type:
- Single Entry: Permits one-time entry into Vietnam.
- Multiple Entry: Allows you to enter and exit Vietnam multiple times during your visa’s validity.
The visa fee will be displayed based on your selections.
Enter your arrival date in Vietnam.
Stage 2: Enter Your Personal Details
Fill in your personal information exactly as it appears in your passport. Be sure to include the same email address you used earlier.
Enter a valid WhatsApp number. This will be used to contact you if needed.
Once completed, move on to the next section.
Stage 3: Travel and Emergency Details
You will be asked to answer two specific questions—please answer them accurately before continuing.
Select the border checkpoint or airport through which you will enter and exit Vietnam.
Provide your emergency contact details and select the appropriate options, then proceed to the document upload section.
Stage 4: Upload Required Documents
Upload the following documents to complete your application:
Digital Photograph :
Must have a plain-colored background and be in JPEG, JPG, or PNG format (maximum size: 8MB).
The photo should be taken within the last 3 months. If scanned, ensure the image is sharp and clear.
Passport Bio Page:
Upload a clear scan of the information page of your passport in JPEG, JPG, PNG, or PDF format (maximum size: 8MB).

If you don’t have your documents ready, you can choose the “I will Upload Later” option. However, please remember that uploading these documents is mandatory to process your application.
Stage 5: Final Submission
Complete your application by paying the visa fee using your preferred card or bank payment method.
Accept the Terms and Conditions, and click “Submit Application.”
Processing Time
Estimated 3 to 5 day
Applications are usually processed in an estimated 3–5 working days and delivered by email.
